On July 10, 2025, a beautiful baby boy made his arrival in Sacramento, CA, at 37 weeks and 1 day, weighing 5 pounds 2 ounces. Born through a carefully planned and induced vaginal delivery, his birth marks the joyful conclusion of a journey filled with love, patience, and hope.
This surrogacy journey had a moment of concern during the anatomy scan, when doctors noticed the baby’s leg length measured below the 1st percentile. Understandably, this caused significant worry for the intended parents. However, a maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialist reassured everyone that no structural abnormalities were present, and the baby appeared otherwise healthy.
Still, given his small size and the potential for intrauterine growth restriction, the care team recommended an early induction just after full term. To everyone’s relief, the baby boy arrived safely—and heavier than expected! Apart from being slightly small, he showed no signs of any issues with leg growth. The parents were overjoyed the moment they saw their son, filled with gratitude and peace.
