Agency Fee at Ivy Surrogacy- $45,000

At Ivy Surrogacy, our commitment is to ensure a seamless and supportive surrogacy experience for you. Our agency fee of $45,000 covers a range of essential services designed to streamline your journey from start to finish. This fee includes personalized matching, thorough screenings, medical and legal coordination, ongoing support, and efficient communication facilitation. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support throughout the entire surrogacy process.

Surrogate Cost – Starting at $70,000

Base Compensation: Usually from $40,000 to $75,000 (varies by state and experience).

Surrogate Benefit Package: Approximately $10,000 including signing bonus, monthly allowance, medication start fee, embryo transfer fee, maternity clothing allowance, and monthly support.

Other Surrogate Related fee: Usually from $10,000 to $20,000, including background check, psychological screening (medical screening costs paid separately), outside monitoring fee, lost wages, travel expenses and gifts for holidays and milestones.

Escrow and Legal Fees in Surrogacy- $11,500

The total estimated legal fee in your surrogacy journey with Ivy Surrogacy is approximately $11,500. These fees ensure that all legal aspects of the surrogacy process are professionally handled, providing peace of mind that everything is in order for both the intended parents and the surrogate. It includes attorney fees for both surrogacy contract draft/review, and pre-birth order and court filing fee, as well as trust account management fee.

Insurance/Medical Costs for Prenatal Care/Delivery- $13,250

The total estimated insurance costs are approximately $13,250. This includes the insurance broker fee, which is paid to the broker who assists in finding and setting up appropriate insurance plans; IVF cycle insurance, covering unforeseen medical issues during the IVF procedure; life insurance for the surrogate, providing financial security during the pregnancy; and ACA insurance premiums, copays, and deductibles for the surrogate’s health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, which can only be applied for during the open enrollment period each year, with costs varying based on specific circumstances. If insurance is needed outside of this period, alternative solutions are available at a higher cost.
