We are overjoyed to announce the arrival of a beautiful baby girl, born on November 19, 2025, in Redding, California. She arrived at 40 weeks, delivered vaginally, and weighed 7 lbs 5 oz—healthy, perfect, and deeply loved from the very first moment.
When our surrogate, R, was admitted to the hospital, our case manager Becca and the intended mother immediately boarded a flight from LAX to Sacramento. After landing, they rented a car and drove more than two hours through heavy rain and strong winds, finally reaching the hospital safely in the early morning of the 20th—just in time to meet the sweet little princess. The intended mother was overwhelmed with joy as she held her daughter for the first time.
This surrogacy journey has been meaningful in many ways. Although both the medical screening and the embryo transfer went smoothly—with a successful pregnancy from the very first transfer—the NIPT result unexpectedly came back positive, bringing fear and uncertainty. An amniocentesis was quickly arranged. Becca flew from Los Angeles to Sacramento to accompany Surrogate R during the procedure, and the results thankfully came back normal, bringing immense relief to everyone involved.
Through every step of this journey, Surrogate R has shown extraordinary love, strength, and bravery. Her dedication, her calm in moments of fear, and her willingness to help another family grow are truly remarkable. We are deeply grateful for her selflessness and compassion.
