💬 Everything You’ve Ever Wondered About the Egg Donor Application — Answered.

Starting your egg donor journey is exciting—but it can also come with a lot of questions. From how long the full application takes to what kind of photos and videos are required, we’ve got you covered. Below are the most common questions we hear from first-time egg donor applicants, with clear and honest answers to help you move forward confidently.

Our initial egg donor application only asks for basic details such as your name, age, contact info, and educational background. It’s quick and non-invasive—designed to help us learn a little about you before moving forward.

The full application usually takes about 30 to 60 minutes to complete. You’ll be asked to provide detailed information about your medical history, reproductive background, education, lifestyle, and personal interests. We also ask for both recent photos and childhood photos to help intended parents better understand who you are.

No need to submit your own records manually. If you’ve donated eggs before, we’ll simply ask you to sign a medical records release authorization, and we’ll request your records directly from the IVF clinic. This ensures accuracy and saves you time during the egg donor application process.

Photos and videos play a crucial role in the egg donor application process. Intended parents rely on these visuals to get a sense of your appearance, personality, and background—often making more heartfelt and confident decisions based on what they see.

As part of your full application, we’ll ask for a variety of high-quality photos, including:

  • Clear recent headshots

  • Full-body photos

  • Childhood photos (to show natural features)

  • Lifestyle photos (doing hobbies, sports, travel, etc.)

  • Academic or graduation photos (especially if you’ve attended a prestigious school)

In addition, while a video is optional, it can significantly boost your chances of being matched—and even lead to higher compensation. A simple 1–3 minute video where you introduce yourself and share why you’re donating eggs helps intended parents connect with you on a deeper level.
