Brian Klein, JD

Brian Klein, owner and managing attorney of the firm, joined Klein Fertility Law in 2011, where he practices exclusively in the area of fertility law.

As the managing attorney of the firm, every year Brian assists hundreds of families through the surrogacy and egg donation process.

Brian also leads Klein Fertility Law’s team for international relations. Brian Klein is a frequent guest speaker at international surrogacy seminars to provide guidance on cross-border surrogacy and egg donation issues, and to provide insight on California’s laws. He is a member of the legal committee in the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS).

Brian is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
