To qualify as a sperm donor with Ivy Surrogacy, you must meet the following criteria:
Age 18-39
Must be between 18 and 39 years old to ensure optimal sperm quality and successful outcomes.
General Health
Must be in excellent physical health with no major medical concerns. Full medical evaluation required.
Psychological Well-being
Candidates will undergo a psychological evaluation to ensure mental and emotional readiness.
Height Requirement
Must be at least 5'9" (175 cm) tall. Height is an important factor in sperm donor selection.
No Substance Use
Must be a non-smoker and free from recreational drug use, including marijuana and vaping.
Genetic Health
All donors go through genetic carrier screening to check for inheritable conditions.
Time Commitment
Donation involves several appointments over a few weeks. Reliability is essential.
Tattoo & Piercing Policy
If you've received a tattoo or piercing within the last 12 months, there may be a waiting period before you can donate.
