Encheng Cheng, MD
International Client Director
Encheng Cheng brings over two decades of medical and healthcare experience to his role as International Client Director at Ivy Surrogacy. Trained in clinical medicine at Shandong University Medical School, he later practiced at the prestigious Peking Union Medical College Hospital, where he worked alongside leading surgeons and gained invaluable clinical expertise.
Before moving to the United States, Encheng helped shape China’s digital healthcare landscape. At Haodf.com, China’s largest and most respected online healthcare platform, he was an early founding team member. He built the industry’s first large-scale online medical triage system, leading a fifty-member team of medical professionals and matching nearly 8,000 new patient consultations daily with the right specialists. This innovation set the benchmark for online healthcare in China, and the platform now serves millions of patients nationwide.
Later, as co-founder and COO of White Angel, Encheng led a twenty-person team to create one of China’s largest medical education platforms, producing more than 8,000 original training videos in partnership with top hospitals.
After relocating to the U.S. with his family, Encheng combined his medical expertise with a passion for helping families grow. Over the past several years, he has advised thousands of intended parents from China on IVF, egg donation, and surrogacy, guiding them with clarity and compassion. Many families have realized their dream of parenthood thanks to his support.
In addition to consultations, Encheng has authored hundreds of educational articles on fertility and reproductive care. His science-based writings enjoy wide readership among Chinese intended parents, and many families first reached Ivy Surrogacy after encountering his work. Known affectionately as “Dr. Cheng,” he is regarded as a trusted source of knowledge in the community.
Encheng also contributes to academic publishing. He serves on the editorial board of China Digital Medicine and reviews for Digital Medicine and the Journal of Medical Internet Research, reflecting his dedication to advancing global knowledge in digital health and reproductive medicine.
Today, as International Client Director at Ivy Surrogacy, Encheng continues to bridge cultures, share knowledge, and provide personalized support to intended parents worldwide.
