Baby Boy Born in Concord California

After one of the most emotional and challenging journeys we have ever witnessed at Ivy Surrogacy, a beautiful baby boy has finally arrived.

DOB: December 2, 2025 Birth Weight: 7 lb 5 oz Delivery: C-section Gestational Age: 34 weeks 5 days Location: Concord, California

This little boy’s birth marks the end of a long, difficult, and incredibly resilient path for his intended parents—one of the toughest cases our team has ever walked through.

A Journey Marked by Courage, Heartbreak, and Hope

Years ago, the intended parents created embryos using donor eggs. Their first match was an experienced surrogate. Together, they attempted three transfers:

  • The first resulted in a chemical pregnancy
  • The second did not implant
  • The third resulted in an empty gestational sac

After three unsuccessful transfers, the contract ended automatically. Despite the emotional exhaustion, the intended parents refused to give up. They purchased donor eggs again and created another set of embryos.

Six Transfers. Two Surrogates. Three to Four Years of Heartache.

We matched them with a second surrogate—kind, dedicated, and just as determined as the parents. The first three transfers brought more heartbreak:

  • Two failed to implant
  • One implanted with excellent HCG growth, but the ultrasound could not locate the embryo, a deeply confusing and discouraging outcome

Year after year passed. Two surrogates, six total embryo transfers, and each time… disappointment. The emotional toll was immense for everyone involved.

A Turning Point Created by Determination

Both the IVF doctor and our team suggested that the intended parents consider switching to a new surrogate. But the intended father insisted:

“I don’t want to give up on her.”

And then—finally—on the fourth transfer with the second surrogate, everything changed. The pregnancy was viable. Hope returned. The long-awaited miracle had begun.

An Early Arrival, but a Strong Little Fighter

The C-section was originally scheduled for December 19, but yesterday the surrogate noticed decreased fetal movement. Trusting her instincts, she went straight to her doctor. After evaluation, the medical team made the immediate decision to deliver for the safety of the baby.

Though born a bit early and currently in the NICU, he is doing generally well. His heart rate is stable, and he is under excellent care.

The intended parents have not yet arrived, so Ivy Surrogacy is temporarily acting as their Power of Attorney (POA) to support the baby and ensure everything goes smoothly.

A Miracle Years in the Making

This baby boy is here today because of: 🌟 unwavering parental love 🌟 a devoted surrogate who never gave up 🌟 expert medical teams 🌟 and years of strength, patience, and hope
