Before founding Ivy Surrogacy, our team amassed decades of collective experience working closely with IVF clinics, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the surrogacy process from start to finish. Kelli has over 25 years working in healthcare OBGYN, starting out as a volunteer, and moving towards a career in fertility years later. She has had over 15 years’ experience in the fertility industry from working directly for a Reproductive Endocrinologist to working for multiple agencies over the years. Finally finding the perfect agency with the most amazing team and a true passion for making families happen.

Chris has over 20 years of working experience in the healthcare industry. With her Nursing and MBA education background, Chris had worked at Hanabusa IVF/Asian Egg Bank and obtained years of first-hand experience of surrogacy and egg donation. Prior to fertility industry, Chris had worked at Peking Union Medical College Hospital and at Johnson & Johnson with multiple functions, including sales, marketing, and medical education. Chris then joined our agency with her passion to help build more families.

I am the medical records intake specialist and office manager at Ivy surrogacy. I have my bachelor’s in science and am currently pursuing my bachelor’s in healthcare administration. I have a background in the nursing field and administration and 19 years of experience in the medical field. I love working for Ivy Surrogacy because it’s all inclusive.
The agency allows me to serve my purpose of helping all types of families, creating and extending families, empowering women, and being a resource to women who can use their compensation to better their lives.
Having the opportunity to assist women in building families has been the most rewarding experience. My journey as a mother of three children has given me a unique perspective on the joy of loving and raising a child. It has been life changing being part of finding suitable surrogates for intended parents.

Hi, my name is Rachel. I have been with Ivy since 2022 as an intake specialist. Outside of my role here, I am also a certified doula, and I am getting my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, both of which inform my work here with our surrogates.
