On September 15, 2026, in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, a healthy baby boy arrived at 39 weeks and 2 days — 7 lb 15 oz, delivered vaginally. Mother and baby are both doing well, and a family that traveled a long way to reach this day is finally holding their son.
This journey carries a special thread. The gestational carrier is a proven surrogate whose very first surrogacy journey was also completed with Ivy Surrogacy. When she decided she was ready to help another family, she chose to walk that road with us again. The baby's story also began an ocean away. The intended parents' embryos were created in Japan and then shipped to a fertility clinic in the United States for transfer, a path shared by other families in our Japan–U.S. collaborative surrogacy success stories. The very first embryo transfer took — and from there, the pregnancy progressed smoothly from embryo transfer through delivery.
As the due date approached, our case manager Cindy traveled to Pennsylvania to be with the gestational carrier and the intended parents in person — because no family should feel far from their team at a moment like this.
